The Founder Institute will host their first event in the #VegasTech community on October 28, 2014 starting at 6:30 pm.
The Founder Institute is the world’s largest entrepreneur training and startup launch program, helping aspiring founders across the globe build enduring technology companies.
The event, “Making the Leap from Employee to Entrepreneur,” will be held at RasterMedia, located at 1001 S Main Street. The featured speaker will be Tom Ellingson, founder of VegasTechFund-backed Fandeavor.
Mark Rowland and Sara Hill are the Las Vegas Directors of Founder Institute and organized this event.
“We thought Tom would be a great speaker for this first event because he has been involved in VegasTech for quite some time, grown his company here and came from the corporate world before switching over to being an entrepreneur,” said Sara Hill. “I think his perspective will be really interesting for those working full time interested in “making the leap” to becoming an entrepreneur.”
