The IoT Evolution Conference & Expo is the place to meet with the IoT ecosystem and worldwide business leaders and learn how to leverage the power of the IoT to transform and move your business forward. The 2015 IoT Evolution Conference & Expo will be held August 17 – 20, 2015 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
“Originally launched as M2M Evolution back in 2009, the IoT Evolution Expo connects Enterprise IoT adopters with IoT solutions providers,” said Carl Ford, CEO of Crossfire Media. “The conference provides a forum for forging business relationships and learning how to drive business value from IoT technologies and solutions. With nearly 100 conference sessions, attendees will learn about IoT technologies, implementation strategies and how to overcome roadblocks to success. The expo floor connect IoT buyers with IoT solutions providers and numerous networking events provide an enjoyable way to discover the compelling ways the IoT will affect their business.”
Ford says the audience for this event is comprised of not only the IoT ecosystem, but also enterprise professionals across all verticals who are looking to understand how to leverage the IoT in their business.
“Ecosystem attendees include sensor and device companies, network service providers, platform providers, and software and application development companies,” he explained. “We have hands on, in depth training on how to develop and implement IoT solutions that will transform businesses and create opportunity.”

“We are offering these passes to the Vegas community because we know that the Vegas tech community will benefit from understanding these technologies and meeting with folks from around the world,” said Ford. “This is our third visit to Las Vegas and we enjoy the energy of the atmosphere, the facilities and the local community that comes out to support the event.”
When asked about what he’s most excited for this year, Ford says the medical space is what intrigues him most, and he can’t wait to hear Walt Hauck’s talk.
“His company, Haemonetics, manages blood supply and their attention to detail and their ability to determine, in real time, what blood is available using IoT is probably one of the most comprehensive implementations,” said Ford.
He is also looking forward to hearing from Tony Atti of Phononic.
“This company a refrigeration strategy that is better than traditional systems and backs it up with monitoring and management system,” said Ford. “Both of these companies point to how IOT is be used beyond the improvement of maintenance systems or supply chain. We are seeing literally life changing solutions.”
