Nicole Williams

Nicole Williams is a recognized thought leader in the omni-channel marketing space, with expertise in seamlessly integrating in-person, online, and print channels to deliver high-impact, digitally connected experiences. With a focus on creating dynamic, results-driven marketing strategies, Nicole thrives on disrupting the status quo and providing clients with innovative solutions that drive ROI in today’s fast-changing business environment.

Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Strategic Accounts at Marketing.com, Nicole leads a national team of over 85 professionals, managing strategic programs for new business development and expanding key accounts in a $500 million enterprise. She has successfully developed and implemented vertical market practices, leading to over $1 million in new sales within industries such as retail, hospitality, healthcare, and franchise operations. Her leadership extends to both sales development teams and vertical-specific marketing campaigns, specializing in digital marketing (SEO, PPC), augmented and virtual reality, signage, and omni-channel communications.

Prior to joining Marketing.com, Nicole was SVP of Business and Client Development at ASTOUND Group, where she led international sales and client services teams. She played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s brand experience portfolio, delivering creative marketing solutions across industries like tech, healthcare, and consumer electronics, despite the challenges posed by COVID-19.

Earlier roles include a successful tenure at RR Donnelley, where she was Vice President of Healthcare, responsible for driving profitable growth and managing a $250 million healthcare practice. Her experience spans leadership roles at Pitney Bowes and BI Worldwide, where she demonstrated a consistent ability to innovate, grow market share, and deliver transformative client solutions across marketing, sales, and customer communications platforms.

John Emmons

John Emmons

John Emmons is an accomplished sales and business development leader with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and building successful sales funnels across multiple industries.

As Head of Sales and Business Development at Tilt.com, he led the only profitable division of the company, ultimately contributing to its acquisition by Airbnb. John brokered key partnerships with venture capital firms, agencies, and design teams, generating $160M in hardware pre-sales by effectively communicating targeted value propositions and building robust sales channels.

Before his time at Tilt, John founded and directed the San Mateo County SBDC, where he recruited and led a team of 70+ professionals to drive market awareness and secure strategic partnerships for small businesses. Under his leadership, the incubator raised $17M in funding for 18 SMBs, created over 50 new jobs, and expanded lead generation efforts from 14,000 to 49,000 in just 12 months.

At CafePress, John served as Director of Business Development and Sales, where he tripled the revenue of a new wholesale division to $60M. He secured eight-figure deals with major clients like Costco and Gerber/Nestle and expanded licensing revenue to $17M by managing platforms for high-visibility brands such as Twilight Saga and American Idol. John also developed a $9M sales funnel, strengthened relationships with 25,000 distributors, and created an online catalog that added $1M in sales.
